Project feasibility study & planning :
Tendering services :
- Advising on the suitability of the public-private partnership (PPP) model for assets.
- Determining the appropriate model (such as the build-operate-own-transfer model) and the bidding mechanism.
- Managing rollout processes, including developing documentation and coordinating work with stakeholders.
Project oversight & supervision :
- Overseeing delivery and ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Identifying and addressing technical risks in operations.
- Conducting health, safety, environmental and security inspection of sites.
- Ensuring compliance with local content requirements.
Projects contract management :
- Supervising the financial aspects of the project contract.
- Ensuring adherence to contract specifications.
- Complaining with health, safety and environmental standards.

- Supporting customers during the concession period to issue invoices for services using software that allows for data collection, fee calculations and billing.
Stakeholder representation :
- Coordinating with client to manage consultants during the bidding process.
