The program provides the opportunity for all local and international developers to obtain pre-qualification approval and receive Request for Proposals (RFP) documents for SHARAKAT&#8217;s future projects without the need to submit a separate qualification application for each project.<\/p><p><strong>Program Objectives:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Facilitate and expedite the developer pre-qualification process.<\/li><li>Give the private sector sufficient time to form consortia.<\/li><li>Enhance competitiveness in projects.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>First Edition:<\/strong><\/p><p>The first edition of the program was launched in May 2024, attracting over 100 interested developers, and resulted in the qualification of more than 80 developers.<\/p><p><strong>Second Edition:<\/strong><\/p><p>Registration in the permanent list of the program was re-opened in March 2025 to enable new developers to register in the permanent list and enhance competition for future projects.<\/p><p><strong>Third Edition (Upcoming):<\/strong><\/p><p>The date for re-opening registration for developers wishing to participate and obtain qualification under the Program will be announced in due course.<\/p><p><strong>List of Pre-Qualified Developers:<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Appendix 1:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sharakat.com.sa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/SWPC-ISTP-Pre-Qualification-NPQ-Rv02-Applicants-List.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pre-Qualified Developers for Independent Sewage Treatment Plant (ISTP) Projects.<\/a><\/p><p><strong>Appendix 2:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sharakat.com.sa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/SWPC-IWP-Pre-Qualification-NPQ-Rv02-Applicants-List.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pre-Qualified Developers for Independent Water Plant (IWP) Projects.<\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u0634\u0631\u0627\u0643\u0627\u062a Sharakah Initiative Contractor Qualification Initiative Pre-Qualification Program for Developer Overview of the Pre-Qualification Program for SHARAKAT Projects SHARAKAT has launched a Pre-Qualification Program for Developers to develop its future projects in the sectors of Independent Water Plants (IWP) and Independent Sewage Treatment Plants (ISTP).
